Information you provide: Name, email address, and phone number submitted via lead forms. Business name, address, contact details submitted via listing submission forms. Messages submitted via the contact form.

Information collected automatically: Basic usage data including pages visited and search terms used on the Site. Browser type and approximate location (city level) via standard web analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

Lead form submissions: Your contact information is forwarded to the business you are inquiring about. We retain a copy for reporting purposes only.

Listing submissions: Contact information from business submissions is used to communicate with you about your listing status and, if featured, to send you your partner portal access link.

Analytics: Usage data is used solely to improve the Site and understand which content is most useful to visitors.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases: with the business you submit a lead form to; with service providers who help us operate the Site (email delivery via Resend); if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Lead form submissions and contact inquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Business submission records are retained for as long as the listing is active, plus 90 days after removal.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to: request access to information we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your information; opt out of any future communications from FitTempe.

7. Children's Privacy

FitTempe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site uses the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf: Resend (email delivery), Google Places API (business location data), YouTube / Vimeo (embedded video content). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
