FitTempe is a local fitness and wellness directory serving the Tempe and ASU community. We provide information about local businesses, apartment complexes, and campus resources. We are not affiliated with Arizona State University.
3. Accuracy of Listings
Business listings, hours, pricing, and other information on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. FitTempe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting.
4. Featured Listings and Paid Placements
Some listings are Featured Partners who have paid for enhanced placement. Featured status does not constitute endorsement by FitTempe. All businesses are independently owned and operated.
5. Lead Form Submissions
When you submit a lead form on this Site, your contact information is shared with the business you are inquiring about. FitTempe may retain a record of that submission. We do not sell your information to third parties.
6. Business and Apartment Submissions
By submitting a business listing, apartment complex, or ASU resource to FitTempe, you confirm that you have authority to represent that entity and that the information provided is accurate. FitTempe reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any submission at its discretion.
7. Partner Portal
Featured partners who access the partner portal via their unique magic link are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and current. FitTempe is not liable for errors resulting from partner-entered content.
8. Intellectual Property
Content generated by FitTempe — including articles, descriptions, and site copy — is owned by FitTempe. Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FitTempe makes no representations about the suitability of any business, service, or facility listed on the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
